"A basic Chcicken Salad recipe, wonderful on it's own or go with your imagination. . The Tea Room served this on Iceburg Lettuce leaves with tomato aspic rings rz#318144 and jumbo stuffed green olives. The system wouldn't let me list the Tea Room's "Special Salad Dressing" in ingredients, so I just listed the components which is okay too."

ingredients

2 ¹⁄₂ cups diced cooked chicken
1 ¹⁄₄ cups diced celery
1 cup mayonnaise
¹⁄₄ cup durkee's relish sandwich spread
salt and pepper

directions

Mix chicken and celery with enough Special Dressing to moisten (Mayo and Durkee's). Taste; season with salt and pepper. Serve on crisp lettuce. Garnish with Tomato Aspic ring and green stuffed olives.
