Chicken Salad (Frances Virginia Tea Room )

“A basic Chcicken Salad recipe, wonderful on it's own or go with your imagination. . The Tea Room served this on Iceburg Lettuce leaves with tomato aspic rings rz#318144 and jumbo stuffed green olives. The system wouldn't let me list the Tea Room's "Special Salad Dressing" in ingredients, so I just listed the components which is okay too.”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 12 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 14 cups diced celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 14 cup durkee's relish sandwich spread
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix chicken and celery with enough Special Dressing to moisten (Mayo and Durkee's). Taste; season with salt and pepper. Serve on crisp lettuce. Garnish with Tomato Aspic ring and green stuffed olives.
