  • Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain.
  • Melt butter in skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Add onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Saute a couple of minutes. Stir in chicken, lemon juice, and parsley. Cook about 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  • Serve chicken over linguine and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

  1. This was very tasty and easy to make. I thought there was not enough sauce. The pasta was very dry. I would add 1/2 c chicken stock next time. Made this for Football Week #13
     
  2. I made this for dinner last night and we enjoyed it. I doubled the sauce ingredients so there was plenty. I also used chicken tenderloins but next time I would cut them up into smaller pieces. Thanks so much for posting!!!
     
  3. I thought there would be a little more "sauce," but it was good, anyway. We had a couple of friends over and they seemed to really enjoy it, as well. It's also pretty much foolproof, which I love!
