  1. Saute mushrooms, celery, onion, and garlic in oil in a heavy ovenproof Dutch oven until tender. Add rice; cook until rice is straw colored. Add chicken broth and next 5 ingredients. Remove from heat; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  2. Peel and devein shrimp. Add shrimp, chicken and Parmesan cheese to rice mixture, stirring well. Cover and bake an additional 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Transfer to a large serving bowl and garnish with celery leaves, if desired.
