ingredients

2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
¹⁄₂ teaspoon red pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
¹⁄₄ teaspoon bay leaf powder
¹⁄₄ teaspoon file powder
³⁄₄ teaspoon sweet basil
¹⁄₂ teaspoon paprika

directions

Mix all ingredients together well.
Store in a tightly covered glass jar for use as needed.
Excellent for seasoning any poultry dishes.
