  • 12 ounces coleslaw mix
  • 6 ounces Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup craisins
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 -2 teaspoon honey

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Chill.
  • Serve.
  • *Note - 1 t hot sauce really shakes this up!

  1. This slaw is so tasty and makes a great "meal-in-a-bowl"! I shredded some cabbage instead of using packaged slaw. The chicken I used was leftover from a previous-night's grilling and had a southwestern-style rub which was great with the sweetness of the slaw. Loved the dried fruits and nuts too.
