ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon clove powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
directions
- Put all ingredients in the pot except for the egg.
- Boil for approximately 25 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove chicken from pot and shred with fingers or fork; put back in to pot.
- Bring soup to boil again.
- Add in beaten egg while stirring.
- Enjoy!
