  • Chop Chicken into 1 inch pieces. In a dutch oven, heat olive oil on high heat and brown chicken for 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from pot.
  • Add margarine and cook sage leaves for 1 minute. Remove sage and add vegetables. Sprinkle flour over vegetables and mix for 1 minute until blended. Add chicken broth and chicken together and cook it up.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.
