- 2 chicken legs
- 400 g chopped tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- 125 ml red wine
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- seasoning
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
directions
- chop up onion and pepper.
- take the skin off of the chicken legs.
- put everything in a slow cooker and cook on medium for about 6 hours.
- chicken should be falling off the bone.
