Directions

  1. Fry the onions, chillies, curry leaves and ginger until soft.
  2. Add chicken stock and coconut cream and bring mixture to a boil.
  3. Add chicken, potatoes and carrots and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook till the sauce thickens to desired consistency.
