Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 1 (2/3 ounce) envelope italian seasoning mix
  • 1 lb chicken, cut in strips
  • 5 cups vegetables (red, orange, and green bell pepper, red onion, carrots, and edamame)
  • barley

Directions

  1. Cook two servings barley according to package directions.
  2. Cut vegetables in strips.
  3. Cut chicken in strips.
  4. Mix 1/4 Celsius orange juice, 3 Tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 cup olive oil and 1 envelope Italian dressing seasoning.
  5. Put 1 Tbsp of the mixture in a large heated skillet and add 1 pound of chicken cut in strips.
  6. When chicken is cooked through, add 5 cups cut veggies of your choice.
  7. Cook until desired veggie doneness.
