  1. Put EVOO in pan with cubed chicken, onion, and garlic. Cook over medium heat until chicken is no longer pink. Season with 1/2 Chicken seasoning. While chicken is cooking, seed your bell peppers and slice into strips. Add all veggies and the rest of the chicken seasoning. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes. Cook rice according to package. Serve over rice.(Make sure you get some of the evoo on your rice or it will taste dry).
