- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces milk
- 28 g grated cheese
- 4 chicken breasts
directions
- In ovenproof casserole dish mix all ingredients except chicken and cheese bring to a simmer.
- Add chicken cover, and cook for 25-30 minute Sprinkle with cheese and place under grill until cheese has melted.
