Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a greased slow cooker, then arrange chicken on top of the potatoes.
  2. In a bowl, combine vinegar, nutmeg, basil, brown sugar, and orange juice. Pour over chicken, and sprinkle with parsley.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  4. Remove chicken and potatoes from sauce and arrange on a warm platter.
  5. Turn cooker to high, add peaches. When warm, spoon peaches, and sauce over chicken, and potatoes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley, and orange slices.
