Really delicious! We had a great taco soup at a Mexican restuarant and wanted to try it at home. This was terrific! A little spicy for my kids - next time I'll use half a can of tomatoes with chiles and half a can of regular diced tomatoes. Served with crumbled tortilla chips on top. Everyone had seconds!

WOW! This recipe is FANTASTIC! I used green onions instead, and used fresh tomatoes with a can of green chilies, and also used drumsticks rather than breasts because that was what I had on hand. This is the kind of recipe that makes me LOVE the slowcooker. We put this together the night before and let it simmer all night (and the house smelled AMAZING all night), then had it for breakfast. I can tell this will become a family favorite!
