Ingredients Nutrition

  • 300 g fresh tortellini
  • 1 cup reduced-fat evaporated milk, coconut flavor
  • 1 onion, Diced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon chili
  • 14 cup edam cheese, grated
  • 300 g cooked chicken, shredded

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as per packet instructions.
  2. Cook Onion in a non stick pan for 2min.
  3. Add Milk, Garlic, Pepper, Chilli, Cheese and simmer for 5 minutes while pasta is still cooking.
  4. Once pasta is cooked drain and add to sauce along with chicken.
  5. Heat thru and serve.
