  • Put all but last 4 ingredients in a crock pot on high for 5-6 hours, or low all day long. Shred chicken with a fork. Serve hot with shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream, green onions and tortilla chips.

  1. I thought this soup was very. The only change I would make is either to use dried cilantro or put the fresh cilantro in at the very end. It didn't hold up well in the dish. And I wouldn't put the tortillas in until you were ready to eat the meal. It will get all soggy.
