  1. In oil saute carrots, onion, peppers, and celery.
  2. Add chicken.
  3. When onions are browned lightly; add garlic.
  4. Add spices and herbs.
  5. Add cream of chicken soup, white beans, black beans.
  6. Add chicken stock.
  7. Add taco seasoning.
  8. Cook down 30 minutes at simmer.
  9. Mix the masa with the water before pouring into soup.
  10. Add corn and cream of chicken soup.
  11. Cook another 10 minutes.
  12. Top with corn chips and cheese.
