- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 1⁄2 cups salsa
- 8 tostadas
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) package of shredded cheddar cheese
directions
- Toss chicken with salsa. spread cream cheese on tostada shells, top with chicken mixture, lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Serve with extra salsa if desired. * i like to add jalapeno slices.
