Directions

  1. Bring water to boil.
  2. Add carrots, potatoes and onion-boil until tender (approx 10 minutes).
  3. Add frozen corn, green beans, okra and black eyed peas, stir.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, rotel, chicken broth, tomato paste, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar.
  5. Cook for 1-1.5 hours.
  6. Add chicken and cook for an additional 30 minutes or more.
