Directions

  1. Heat cooking oil in large frying pan.
  2. Add chicken and brown well.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and transfer chicken to a plate.
  4. Add onion and garlic to the frying pan, and saute until soft.
  5. Add Carrots, potatoes, water, parsley, basil, bouillon, and thyme.
  6. Stir.
  7. Add chicken, cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stiring a couple of times.
  8. Add more water if needed.
  9. Add green pepper and green onion.
  10. Cover and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  11. Add vinegar, stir and heat through.
