I was super upset when Olive Garden stopped serving this, so I’m glad I can make it at home. It definitely tastes the same as olive gardens. I cook my pasta in the sauce and add a cup of chicken stock to the sauce to cook the pasta and and extra half cup of wine. Cooking it in a Dutch oven is great too.

I am a stay at home mother of two beautiful children, one daughter and one son. (Hunter and Cheyenne) I love to cook good tasting meals for my family. I like all kind of food, from Italian, to Mexican, and Chinese and Thai food. I also bake a lot, gotta satisfy my sweet tooth. When I'm not doing the basic mom stuff I spend my time sewing or crafting. I love being a mother and can't imagine my life without my kids. My husband (Dale) is a wonderful man who tries to support me in all I do. I couldn't ask for a better life.
