  1. Place wings in a shallow bowl and sprinkle with salt,thyme and pepper.
  2. Pour beer over chicken and toss to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 2-6 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 375* and line shallow baking pan with foil;spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Drain chicken reserving marinade.
  6. Arrange chicken on baking pan in a single layer.
  7. Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is well browned on all sides.
  8. During baking,turn and baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
  9. Do not brush with marinade during last 10 minutes of baking time.
  10. Throw out extra marinade.
  11. Serve warm or at room temperature.
  12. Garnish with cilantro.
