Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with season salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  3. Sauté chicken on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Remove to warm serving platter.
  5. In the same pan sauté mushrooms, 1 or 2 minutes.
  6. Add wine, cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Add capers, just to heat.
  8. Pour mixture over chicken.
