  1. Brown chicken in 1 tbsp butter and oil over med heat. Cover and cook for 5-7 mins or until juices run clear. Remove from heat.
  2. In another skillet, saute onions until tender. Reduce heat to medium, add paprika and remaining butter. Heat until all butter is melted. Stir in cream, salt and pepper, cook 4 minutes Serve with chicken over rice.
