  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place each chicken breast on a piece of parchment paper or paper towl. Season with salt and pepper, then top with a basil leaf and a slice prosciutto.
  • Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Pick up each chicken breast by the paper and slap it prosciutto side down into the skillet; remove paper.
  • Let cook 3 minutes until prosciutto is crisp.
  • Flip and top with a slice of provolone.
  • Transfer to oven and bake for 4 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly.
