  1. Saute chicken in sesame oil until done.
  2. Add onions, garlic and ginger, saute.
  3. Add cilantro, soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and cayenne cook until warmed through.
  4. Prepare rice noodles as directed on package, drain.
  5. Toss with chicken mixture and top with nuts for garnish.
