  1. Preheat oven to 450°F or grill to medium–high.
  2. Lay out 4 sheets of aluminum foil, each one measuring 12x18 inches.
  3. Center one chicken breast half one each sheet foil with non-stick (dull) side toward food.
  4. Combine tomatoes and pesto; spoon mixture over chicken.
  5. Arrange green beans on top of tomato mixture and chicken.
  6. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
  7. Bake 20 to 22 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven OR GRILL 12 to 14 minutes in covered grill.
  8. Arrange chicken and sauce over cooked pasta.
  9. SERVING SUGGESTION: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
