Directions

  1. In a pie pan combine first 3 ingredients (seasoning - paprika).
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper and then dredge chicken in seasoning, turning to coat.
  3. Spray a large skillet with Pam and set over medium high heat.
  4. Add chicken pieces and cook, turning until cooked through (5 minutes). Remove from pan and set aside.
  5. In a small bowl combine dressing ingredients (mayonnaise and lemon juice).
  6. Warm tortillas in microwave (1 minute) and then spread each tortilla 1 teaspoon of dressing, 1/4 of the chicken, tomato and onion and also mixed greens if desired. Roll up and serve.
