- 907.18 g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into 1-1/2 inch square
- 59.14 ml sugar
- 73.94 ml soy sauce
- 14.79 ml sherry wine or 14.79 ml sake
- 2.46 ml salt
- 4.92 ml sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
directions
- Blend all ingredients (except chicken). Soak chicken in sauce overnight. Charcoal, pan fry, or skewer, if desired, with onion and green pepper and broil.
