Directions

  1. Put chickpeas, bread, parsley and garlic in food processor.
  2. Process for 20 seconds to combine.
  3. Add yoghurt, flour, cumin and salt and pepper.
  4. Process till combined.
  5. Divide into small patties.
  6. Heat some oil in a non stick pan.
  7. Cook 6 - 8 minutes each side or till golden.
  8. Serve with yoghurt and pita bread.
