  1. In a baking dish, marinade for 20min up to a couple of hours.
  2. Ginger juice (grate ginger and squeeze to extract juice).
  3. Juice of 1 lemon.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Salt and Pepper to taste.
  6. Preheat over to 450.
  7. Drain excess marinade.
  8. Cover dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 450.
