Directions

  1. Fry ground beef with onion in an 8 qt pot over medium heat.
  2. stirring occasonally, until ground beef is brown.
  3. Stir in all the ingredients.
  4. Break up the tomatoes gentley (I use a potatoes masher).
  5. Heat to a boil and then reduce heat.
  6. Simmer uncovered for 1.25 hours.
