Chili

"A traditional beef and bean chili that rated a big compliment from my other half who had NEVER raved so much about a recipe. It's fairly spicy but not so hot that you can't eat it. You can adjust the chili powder and cumin to taste."

  • In a large soup pot brown meat, onion, green pepper and garlic until browned.
  • Add next ingredients in order.
  • Cook for 1 hour on simmer.
  • Best done the day before.
