- 500 g prawns, shelled and deveined
- 12 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 green chilies, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
- salt and pepper
directions
- Heat the oil and butter in a wok and stir fry the garlic and chiles for 2 minutes.
- Add the prawns and tomatoes and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle over the coriander, season and serve.
