You can add jalapenos to sloppy Joe mixture or not. Fill each baked hash brown cup equally with sloppy Joe mixture, top with shredded cheese, bake additional 5 to 10 until cheese melted and golden brown -- top with green onions -- enjoy without the quilt of fries -- .
