Chili Coke Roast

"An interesting take on the traditional roast dish. The sizes of the ingredients I'm not sure about since I don't have the actual items right in front of me, but recipezaar wanted exact ounces and such so..common sense basically..1 pack onion mix, 1 bottle BBQ sauce, etc."

  1. This was good and easy to put together before going to work in the morning. I used pepsi instead of coke as that is what I drink. I also used a 12 ounce bottle of chili sauce as that is the only size I found. I used a rump roast and cooked it for about six hours on low. We all enjoyed this. Made for Spring PAC 2010.
