Chili Coke Roast

ingredients
- 1 roast
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can Coca-Cola
- 1 (6 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 1 (6 ounce) bottle chili sauce (I use BBQ sauce)
directions
- Place all ingredients in crock-pot and cook for 7-10 hours depending on size of roast. The meat will flake apart when done. Serve over mashed potatoes.

This was good and easy to put together before going to work in the morning. I used pepsi instead of coke as that is what I drink. I also used a 12 ounce bottle of chili sauce as that is the only size I found. I used a rump roast and cooked it for about six hours on low. We all enjoyed this. Made for Spring PAC 2010.

I'm a stay at home mom of 3; my hubby works over the road so whenever he comes home I like the idea of trying new recipes...notice I said "the idea" lol...haven't done it that much but hopefully I can start with some good ideas from here!
