Directions

  1. Cook and drain hamburger in a large skillet.
  2. Saute onion, bellpepper, garlic and chili powder for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and juice along with tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer 15 minutes until all vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove from heat and top with sour cream or cheddar cheese.
