Chili-Lime Almonds

"My husband is a chemist for a dried fruit and nut company, so I always end up with an abundance of nuts that were submitted to be sampled, but we get the huge amounts of what wasn't needed. I have been cooking nuts every single way, but this was really pretty good!"

  • Melt first four ingredients in pan.
  • Add almonds, and stir.
  • Take off the heat and let sit until cool (about 15 minutes).
  • Enjoy!
