Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup ponzu sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chili paste with garlic (sambal oelek)
  • 1 fresh lime
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and black pepper (to season meat before grilling)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a ziploc bag and marinate for at least 4 hours or up to 8 hours. For shellfish, marinate only for about 30 minutes. Remember to season your meat with salt and pepper before grilling.
