- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 (796 ml) can tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (796 ml) can kidney beans, undrained
- 1 (540 ml) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup uncooked macaroni
- 1⁄3 cup bick's hot pepper relish
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- salt and pepper
- shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
directions
- Sauté meat, onions and peppers in large saucepan until meat is no longer pink. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese.
- Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is cooked. Serve hot. Sprinkle each serving with cheese, if desired.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
