Directions

  1. Soak cocktail size wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine crumbs and seasonings.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  4. Brush with melted butter.
  5. Roll in crumb/seasoning mixture.
  6. Place in single layer on baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
  8. Stir together sour cream and cilantro and serve as a dip for the chicken.
