Chili-Rice Dinner

ingredients
- 3⁄4 lb ground chuck
- 1⁄3 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1 cup green pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 1 cup Minute Rice
- 1 (12 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
directions
- Brown ground beef, onion and pepper. Drain.
- Add spices and all other ingredients except rice.
- Bring to a full boil then stir iin rice.
- Reduce heat cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix and serve sprinkled with shredded cheese.
- You can also serve in cooked whole bell peppers and sprinkle with cheese which looks really impressive, but is super easy!
