Directions

  1. Heat the oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the tomatoes, garlic, and chilis to the pan and saute about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the vodka and saute about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the heavy cream slowly, stirring and simmer until thickened.
  5. Turn the heat off and stir in the parmesan until melted.
  6. Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and portion into bowls.
  7. Garnish with extra parmesan and basil.
  8. Enjoy!
