Directions

  1. Slice the avocados lengthwise into fourths.
  2. Press through a sieve into a mixer bowl.
  3. Add the water, milk and lemon juice gradually, beating until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Stir in the seasoned salt, pepper sauce and tomato.
  5. Chill, covered, in the refrigerator.
  6. Spoon into soup bowls.
  7. Top with the lemon slices.
