Ingredients Nutrition

  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 75 g unpopped popcorn (I sometimes use microwave popcorn and only half the amount of Oil )
  • 1 teaspoon dried chopped chile
  • 12 teaspoon minced garlic

Directions

  1. Heat half of the Oil in a large pan ,add the Popcorn kernels and cover tightly cook until the popping stops shake the pan occasionally to prevent burning ( If you are using Microwave popcorn ,follow the instuctions on the packet and go on to step 2 ).
  2. Empty the Popcorn into a bowl
  3. Add the rest of the Oil with the Garlic and Chillies to the pan and cook gently for around 30 seconds or until the ingredients are blended
  4. Return the Popcorn to the pan and toss together over a gentle heat for a further 30 seconds.
  5. Pour into a bowl and allow to cool.
  6. Serve at room temprature.
