Directions

  1. brown ground turkey.
  2. add seasoning and water acording to pkg directions.
  3. remove meat from pan.
  4. heat enough oil in pan to fry, about half full.
  5. wrap portion of meat into tortilla, burrito style.
  6. fill all torillas till meat mixture is gone.
  7. with tongs place chimichangas two at a time in heated oil, seam-side down.
  8. Fry till golden brown on both sides.
  9. serve topped with lettuce, cheese, salsa and sour cream.
  10. enjoy!
