Directions

  1. Make the dressing. Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and ginger in a small bowl. Add freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove the skin from the chicken and cut into 1/2 inch strips. Place the chicken in a bowl with the tomatoes, watercress, coriander, and scallions and toss to combine. Drizzle over dressing and serve.
