"I make extra to add to the leftover rice for terrific fried rice. Great as a meal course or as an appetizer. It goes quickly at potlucks."

  1. I used pork loin and marinated 4 hrs. It was very tender and loved the flavors. Saved half for fried rice tomorrow.

  2. Delicious-I marinated overnight, and roasted at 425 because I was in a hurry. Also, I used a 50/50 of hoisin and honey because I loooove hoisin. I served it with an Asian salad, and am going to use the leftovers for fried rice tomorrow night. I can't wait! This was wonderful!

i collect cookbooks( I have a problem) I try at least one new recipe a week, sometimes several. Sometimes i will get hooked on a particular cuisine, course or ingredient. The kids still remember the cookie summer and our middle son is finally at a point where he will eat Greek gain.
