  • Cook flour in butter until fully incorporated; add pineapple and stock and cook until thick.
  • Add next five ingredients and cook for ten minutes or until fully heated.
  • Garnish with almonds and serve over steamed rice.

  1. Didn't have much flavor. I added red pepper and slivered carrots for more veggie impact, but overall this was a bland dish. I don't think I'll use it again.
