- 2 lbs cooked chicken breasts, cut fine
- 1 lb coleslaw mix
- 6 green onions, cut fine
- 1⁄2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 2 (3 ounce) packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles, save seasoning packets for dressing (uncooked)

Dressing
- 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1⁄2 cup oil
directions
- Toast sesame seeds and almonds 10 minutes @ 250 degrees. Combine salad ingredients.Mix dressing ingredients plus the reserved ramen noodle seasoning packets. Pour over salad and toss. Best if made the night before.
